Could you think of at least 10 products that will never go ‘on sale’?
Here is a list to think about:
10. Wedding costs;
9. An education;
8. Luxury apparel;
7. Tickets for concerts;
6. Home improvement materials;
5. Electronics;
4. Organic groceries;
3. Beauty Products & Services;
2. Professional Services;
1. Gasoline.
Sometimes this is caused by the fact that demand exceeds supply (you may imagine this for 7, 4, 2 and 1) but also this can be caused by working on the perception of the perceived value (10, 9, 8, 6, 5, 3). The value of a product in the eyes of a customer can be higher than its cost price. When many people are willing to buy your brand’s products at a fixed (high) price, growth is ahead indeed.
